Technique: Supplementary warp and weft, handspun and commercial cotton threads

Description: The garment is woven in six sections. Each center section has a row of ancestor figures in a supplemental weft technique. The next section has a center row of smaller ancestor figures and a small patterning design from a supplementary warp technique. The outer panels are a rich variation of red and blue stripes.

Condition: Excellent, seam opened

Dimensions: 6' 3 1/4" x 3' 8 1/2" ( 1.91 x 1.13 m )
